Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused and in the same condition as received

With all original tags attached

In original packaging

Seal intact (for fragrances or sealed items)

With receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Opened perfumes or personal care items

Used clothing or sneakers

Damaged items caused after delivery

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

Your order number

Reason for return

Photos (if item arrived damaged/defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without approval — they will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

Size issues

Defective or damaged items

If the item you want is in stock, we will exchange it after receiving your returned item.

If not available, a refund will be processed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

If approved → Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time → Up to 10 business days

Bank posting time → May take a few additional days depending on your provider

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or return.

Approved Replacements will be delivered within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
